Refund policy

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and without any pet hair.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging, including tags and any applicable accessories.
  • Discounted items, gift cards, or downloadable digital products are not eligible for return or exchange.


  • Our policy lasts 30 days from your purchase of any items.
  • Returns will attract a 10% restocking fee to cover costs.
  • Where the item was offered with Free Shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the final amount returned.
  • The customer will bear the return shipping cost.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you.
  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive an email once the refund is issued.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank, as there might be some processing time before a refund is posted.
