If you’re new to calisthenics like myself, this is a great place to start. It fun to read, all movements are explained in detail.
For someone who has been training for years in the S&C world, some of the movements are very much the same, just the process to getting great at them is different.
Definitely a 5 star for the great resource to try something new and enter the world of calisthenics.

Sturdy weight vest - plenty of adjustability to get a close fit and it doesn’t move around while you are exercising. Good shoulder pads spread the load and give you plenty of range of motion to do things like push ups and pull ups.
One of the best products on the market! (I know I have been looking for over a year and a half!) Staying on one exercise on other ring brands are fine when you start. Leveling up is making it work with supersets, changing angles, shorter pack up and pack down times. This is the perfect product for this type of training. Added bonus of looking sleek, pro and aesthetic AF. Recommended for the tough Aussie climate too! (Added puff of chalk dust as I clap off this review)
Maybe a little pricey for what they are, but these wrist wraps are very well made and should last a long time. I do a lot of computer work and sometimes get strained wrists, so I'm hoping these wraps will provide some support.
One small note GravGear: the description says that the strings are elastic, but mine are definitely not elastic. There is no stretch in the strings at all. I don't think this will affect use of the wraps, though. If the specification for the strings has changed, it might be worth updating the web page to reflect it.
These rings and straps really are as good as they look on the website. An excellent product with solid construction. Bombproof! I'm sure they'll last a lifetime! So, five stars from me.
My only criticism relates to delivery via Sendle, also noted by other reviewers, which took almost a month! How is this possible? I can only conclude that Sendle must be a lot cheaper than Auspost or couriers. However, it would seem to be bad PR for GravGear. No one wants to wait nearly a month for delivery, even if the products are great - personally I'd rather pay a bit more to get it delivered quickly. So, only one star for delivery!
This vest is fantastic!!
The padding on the shoulders makes it super comfortable and the slightly narrowed front increases the range of motion / mobility.
The vest is quite comfortable and doesn’t pull on my shoulders like my old vest did. It allows for great range of motion. I can wear doing calisthenics or house work!

I have just purchased this 2 weeks ago and so far it’s been great, I have no complaints at all. This weighted vest is as advertised, it’s simple to use and so far looks durable. I love how you can also take out some weights and make it lighter so others can also use the same vest (if you want less than 16kg). It’s so good in fact I’m getting one for my wife right after this review!
