If you are like me and you keep finding a YouTube video that you watch the whole thing and get maybe one or two useful tips then forget about it because you watched another half dozed that did not give you anything or which are biased towards a piece of equipment that you can't get in your country, then you will appreciate this book.
I like to read and understand what I am doing before I try to do an exercise. I like the way the book gives you a goal e.g. one handed pushups, then leads you through a whole series of exercises to build you up to being able to reach that goal.
I find Apps on phones a pain in the butt because the screens are too small and it is too hard to pause as you go through a program. The laptop is better but it is in landscape so when you need it big enough to see from several feet away you can't scroll up the page. I just downloaded the pdf version of the book and put it all into a binder and it is then easy to read while trying different excerises. This also allows me to make up my own workout program and use the pages specific to the exercises I want to perform.
Only had the book for a couple of weeks but I am very happy with how it is designed and how flexible a loose leaf printed version will be for me. Highly recommended.
They feel really durable. Love that whenever u set it up it’s guaranteed they’re of even height. Love the box and bag it comes in, I always store them in the bag in between use.

Got a set of the medium sized parallettes but the wood was cracked when they arrived. They replaced them immediately with a new set which are perfect. Ideal size to grip and completely stable. The wood doesn't slip in your hands either
Firstly, delivery has always been consistent and smooth from this company. The carabiner straps are used in competition ring training, yet these ones are high quality, embroidered and more affordable than the ones online. The straps are durable, helps with my time management during adjustments; they are long enough for pushing and pulling movements (tested 63kg and 16kg weight vest). The colour of the embroidery is more greyish shade than white, but still readable and stands out. Absolutely worthy product for gym ring strap upgrades.
