I've used rings at the gym previously and found the extra strap dangling down was always in the way and they were fiddly to adjust to the same length. These rings solve that problem very neatly. Tried my first ring supported hold - damn it's hard! I've been using them daily for two weeks and have progressed from not being able to get my feet off the floor to holding for 20 seconds (though my form is rubbish by the end!).
